To whom it may concern,

I have been a customer of ActiveCare since the company began as Mobile PAL, a name that truly became my Pal. A few of my most memorable experiences with your company have left me with a deep gratitude that will never be forgotten. One day as I was traveling on the interstate, I had a flat tire. I was worried because where my car came to a stop was a location that did not give me very much space to work on the tire. My Mobile PAL was activated and your team called for roadside assistance. Within a very short time and to my great surprise, the State roadside service arrived and changed my tire for me.

There has been several times that Mobile PAL called my employer for me due to car accidents or mechanical breakdowns I encountered while driving on the interstate. They promptly called Triple A and the problem was quickly solved. They also communicated with my local service center here in Utah, who became a true Pal as well.

The worst scare I had to which Mobile PAL responded swiftly was an accident on my ATV. I was deep in the wilderness and far out of normal cell phone service. Not knowing for sure if help could be called, I activated my Mobile PAL. You can imagine my relief when I heard your Care Team answer the call. They did a great job and called emergency services to my location.

I have yet to find failure in the GPS unit. The personnel at the call center are wonderful, even calling me after accidents or problems to make sure I am safe. They have become my true PAL’s.

Now the company is called ActiveCare. I know they will provide the same quality service I received as a member of Mobile PAL, I’m in good hands. I value the relationship I have built with the caring people at the call center; I will always remember how much they have helped me. It is my hope that I can be a lifetime member of ActiveCare, until my final days. Thank you ActiveCare.

To whom it may concern,

I want to tell you how happy I am that I joined Active Care.  My life continues to expand since I have my Active Care phone with its fall detector, and GPS built in I can feel safe wherever I am, be it home, on the road with my car, or even just jogging around town.  All my fears about being alone have vanished as each day has gone by.

I am still learning about all the ways I can make use of the concierge service included in membership and hope to make more use of it as the days go by. It is like having the staff at a fancy hotel ready to answer all my questions and problems!

Thanks again to all of you -each of you is a true professional and so nice to talk to.  I hope to be with Active Care for a long time!

To Whom It May Concern,

 As a formal thanks to you and ActiveCare, Iwould like to tell you how pleased with many aspects of the little black device and service as I have experienced them to date.  First, I want to thank you for the help that I have received and continue to receive in just getting started with ActiveCare.

 ActiveCare is bringing much relief to my family and myself in that I am 67 years old, with many major health problems living in a new community (for me) about 13 miles from my son and my daughter-in-law.  They say your service is very worth while and I know, they are also relieved that I found ActiveCare.  Before I had ActiveCare, I would worry occasionally about falling going down my stairs because I have arthritic knees, hips and scoliosis, which throw me off balance from time to time.

I also want to thank you for the extensive help I have received with linking myself to your system and learning to use your GPS/ cell phone device which I like to call the “little communication device from outer space” because it is so amazing.  In addition, I have called some of my programmed contacts and was amazed that the audio reception on both ends is so clear.  I have yet to use your most important features such as alerting you in a medical emergency or should I fall, or asking you staff to arrange for an order of chicken soup and the like to be delivered from the local Shoprite when I am seriously ill.

As I indicated I live alone (with my two cats) so some of the things ActiveCare has done that I truly appreciate have been the periodic phone calls I receive from you staff just to see if I am doing ok or need any help with the system.  It has made me feel that I can ask for help in using your product, or you will be there if I do need help because of an emergency.  With ActiveCare, I now feel less isolated here in New York’s Mid-Hudson region especially during this cold, snowy winter.  This past week I saw my medical doctor, told him about ActiveCare and left some brochures with him.  He was quite interested and pleased that I have set this up for myself.

I live on a very limited income, but ActiveCare is well worth the price because of the services offered including the contact and help, you provide.  Your services and this “outer space stay in contact device” now provides me peace of mind on a daily basis.
